Why I am interested in becoming a member of the TNA:
Preserve and promote the history of the Texas Navy. Educate others about the Texas Navy and its role in the struggle for Texas independence. Support TNA through service on the Strategic Planning Committee. Serve as an active member of the Hawkins Squadron in Galveston. Promote the relationship of TNA with the Naval Order of the United States (I am a Life Member of that organization and currently serve as Commander of the National Capital Commandery).
