TNS Zavala Annual Members Meeting (17 Oct 2026)

We will provide a choice of beef or chicken fajitas with charro beans and rice at a cost of $25.00 per individual, payable at the door. The Squadron Ship’s Store and an opportunity to join or renew membership will be available. Registration closes at 5:00pm on Monday, Oct 12th. A short "surprise" program will also be provided during lunch. Guests are welcome to attend.

This will be our annual members meeting to elect officers for the 2027 year. ADM Chilcote has agreed to serve as Commander for one additional year if other positions are filled. ADM Rodino has agreed to continue as the TNA Board Representative. Other positions to confirm include an Executive Officer who agrees to serve one year as Executive plus two following years as Commander, the Chaplain, Finance Officer, History Liaison Officer, and Sargeant-at-Arms. If these positions are not filled, we must consider whether the TNS Zavala Squadron will be able to continue.

Please consider letting a current officer (ADM Brad Chilcote, ADM Jason Gunning, ADM Tom Rodino, ADM Jerry Brundrett, George Krapfel, Gerilyn Hibbeler, or Ronnie Crisp) know or send an email to tnszavala@gmail.com if you are willing to help lead the Squadron forward. These positions do not require an excessive amount of time – only four meetings, four newsletters, and 3-5 events throughout the year are involved.
